
Bonnie Killip-Mind and Heath Practioneer
Bonnie is a Mind and Heath Practitioner offering consults for individuals and groups.She employs a combination of nutrition and neurobiology to facilitate her clients to build the real life skills and resources they need in order to optimally fuel their body and mind so they can perform at their best and enjoy life.
Bonnie comes from a background in biomedical science and went on to become a dietitian and clinical hypnotherapist due to her own lived experience with anorexia nervosa and her appreciation for the important role nutrition and the health of our brains play in preventing illness and promoting wellbeing.
Bonnie has worked in a diverse array of settings including hospital and community and has experience in a range of medical specialties from oncology, diabetes, surgical and cardiovascular to renal.
Her area of interest now is in working with people in recovery from eating disorders and treating those with mental health problems including depression, addiction, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, PTSD and Asperger’s as well as conditions considered chronic such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s Disease.
